MOONLIGHT TO PREMIERE EXCLUSIVELT AT DENDY CINEMAS NEWTOWN

The universally-acclaimed awards season frontrunner will have its NSW premiere at Dendy on January 8th 2017

Dendy Cinemas is hosting the exclusive premiere screening of Moonlight, directed by Barry Jenkins, on January 8th 2017.

One of the most hyped films of the upcoming awards season, Moonlight tells the story of Chiron, a young man battling a dysfunctional home life as he comes of age in Miami during the “War on Drugs” era.

Starring Trevante Rhodes, Janelle Monáe, Naomie Harris, and Mahershala Ali, Moonlight has been unanimously lauded by critics and swept the recent Critics Choice Awards nominations.

This exclusive premiere screening will be held at Dendy Newtown at 6.30pm on January 8th 2017. The special event will include a red carpet and a glass of sparkling on arrival.

Prices are just $15 for Dendy Club members, and $20 for non-club members.

Reese Witherspoon is having a moment and it’s a pleasure to see. It is so satisfying to witness that the actress who gave us the utterly original and terrifying, Tracy Flick, has still so many more surprises for us.
